After-Hours & Emergency Testing Policy
At 5 Star Workforce, we offer 24/7 after-hours and emergency testing for urgent workplace incidents, post-accident screenings, and legal compliance needs. Any testing scheduled outside of our regular business hours, overnight, or emergency same-day requests, will incur an additional after-hours fee on top of the standard service charge.
Additionally, all testing scheduled on major holidays—including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day—is considered after-hours and will include an extra holiday service fee.
