Success depends on sample quality and age. • Permission Required: LABS require authorization from next of kin and/or a court order to access or test post-mortem samples. Authorization form must be completed. • Legal Chain-of-Custody: Required for court-admissible results—adds to cost and time. • Expedited Processing: Available for an additional fee ⚖️ Chain of Custody Matters All post-mortem tests follow strict legal chain-of-custody protocols to ensure results are admissible in court and accepted by attorneys, probate courts, and government agencies. Cancellation Policy
1. Testing Protocols: All DNA tests follow a strict identification and verification process. Participants are photographed, samples are collected by certified technicians, and all specimens are processed by an accredited laboratory to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2. Participant Requirements: All individuals being tested must provide valid government-issued identification. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide appropriate documentation. 3. Confidentiality: All personal information and test results are kept strictly confidential and shared only with authorized individuals as designated in the signed consent forms. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Results would be accessed only by authorized individuals through a secure portal. 4. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of scheduling. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Services are non-refundable. Prices vary based on the number of participants and type of test (legal vs. non-legal). A fee will be charged if you wish to include additional parties or obtain legal testing services. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel your services, you will not receive a refund. Rescheduling fees of $65 will apply to late cancellations. If you fail to show up and don't call, you will be automatically canceled and will not be refunded. 6. Legal Use of Results: "We offer DNA test results that are legally admissible and accepted for purposes such as custody, child support, and other court-related matters. It is the client’s responsibility to request the appropriate test type—legal or non-legal—based on their specific needs." Strict chain-of-custody procedures followed. 7. Mobile Collection Mobile collection is available for your convenience and additional charges may apply for after-hours or multiple location requests. For mobile collections beyond a 20 mile (33309) radius, a $35 travel fee applies and must be paid in full prior to service. 8. Turnaround Time A standard turnaround is based on selected tests and generally takes 3–10 business days from the time the lab receives all samples. On request, expedited processing may be available (for an additional fee). 9. Changes to Policy We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement.
